Dealership Terms

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

  1. Appointment to be made only to an existing Entity of Educational Goods and Services who have accessible marketing & shipment address for a period of maximum 02 (Two) years subject to renewal for a specified area, as per the decision of the Company.
  2. Refundable security of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only to be paid by the applicant in favor of the Company after approval of application prior to the issue of appointment letter.
  3. The Dealer shall deal with all kinds of goods and services of our Company during the period of appointment.
  4. The Dealer will be abided by the rules and regulations and marketing policy of the Company concerned with the business.
  5. The Dealer will pay 75% of the cost of the goods and services as per order in advance to the Company for delivery of the same. The other benefits of the Dealership will be communicated to the Authorized Dealer from time to time as per the policy of the Company.
  6. No Goods and Services will be returned or refunded once delivered and no cost of damages will be borne by the Company made at the Dealer’s point.
  7. The Dealer will maintain business ethics and uphold the goodwill of the Company.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  1. Appointment to be made only to an existing Entity of Educational Goods and Services who have accessible marketing & shipment address for a period of maximum 02 (Two) years subject to renewal for a specified area, as per the decision of the Company.
  2. The Dealer of Digital product has to buy at least 05 (Five) products on full payment with Dealer Discount of 20% (which will vary from time to time as per the decision of the Company)
  3. The Dealer shall deal with all kinds of goods and services of our Company during the period of appointment.
  4. The Dealer will be abided by the rules and regulations and marketing policy of the Company concerned with the business.
  5. The other benefits of the Dealership will be communicated to the authorized Dealer from time to time as per the policy of the Company.
  6. No Goods and Services will be returned or refunded once delivered and no cost of damages will be borne by the Company made at the Dealer’s point.
  7. The Dealer will maintain business ethics and uphold the goodwill of the Company.
